Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Cribbage Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional "Cribbage Lab Pro" upgrade as a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. You may restore previous purchases on any device signed into the same Apple ID at no additional cost.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a cribbage training and gameplay tool. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, AI engine, and all related content, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
